There were many questions about Zidane’s quality to manage a club like Real Madrid, his first job as the head coach, however, he proved his critics wrong as Los Blancos ended last season with Champions League success.
And Zidane revealed that he enjoys working under intense pressure, and it helps him to improve that is why he couldn’t say no to Real Madrid job.

“The pressure is every day, I know what it is to coach Madrid. I’ve played for this team, spent many years with this team, and I’ve always had pressure. Besides, I like it because with pressure, you improve,” he argued at a Press conference prior to a friendly with Bayern Munich, AS reports.
“Improve the team? It’s hard. We always aim to try to win or go forward and we will try to win everything. We’re ready and I’m happy with the squad. It will be a difficult year, no doubt, but I’m happy to start again.
“There are a lot of players in the attacking midfield position so nothing is closed. We’ll talk about it when we return to Madrid. There are a lot of players there and it’s hard to fit them all in. And they’re all very good. We’ll make decisions.
“James Rodriguez? He’s a Madrid player and we don’t want him to leave. What he has to do is work. Then I have to make a decision. I hope he plays this year and shows what he can do, because he has talent. I want him to give 100%. There’s no issue. He’s fine on this team.”
