Former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has backed Gareth Bale to Euro 2016 golden boot.
Wales are flying at the Euros, and Real Madrid winger is center to Chris Coleman’s side, and has taken tournament by the storm, while his club teammate Ronaldo has struggled so far.

Bale is the joint top scorer in Euro 2016, has lead Wales to finish at the top Group B ahead of England.
“Gareth Bale is good enough to take Euro 2016 by the scruff of the neck on his own. He is already doing it. Dimitri Payet has grabbed the headlines for France but Gareth is the joint top goalscorer in the competition and has been far more influential than his Real Madrid team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo.

“In Wales’ first two games, he scored a couple of free-kicks but I didn’t see the Bale that I know: running at defences, beating players and sprinting 60 yards to change the game for his team. Against Russia, he was back to his best — committing defenders and making things happen.
“In that form, he can take Wales a long way and really impose himself on this tournament. Wales have good players aside from Gareth, though, and deserve to top Group B above England — they have played good football, shown no fear and taken the chance to enjoy their first international tournament for 58 years.
“In the knockout rounds, the big players have to come to the fore and Bale even has an opportunity to be the tournament’s top goalscorer because not too many of the favourites have got going. Ronaldo and Thomas Muller haven’t scored, Spain haven’t got a prolific goalscorer and Antoine Griezmann has only one for France.
Gareth seems to be relishing the responsibility of leading his country as they make history. Long may it continue for him.”
