Former Barcelona striker Samuel Eto’o  has tipped Brazil Captain Neymar to surpass Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi in coming years.

Samuel Eto’o is convinced once Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are past their peak, Neymar will become best player in the World. The La-Liga trio has been shortlisted for 2015 FIFA Ballon d’Or, which is holy-grail for other players apart from Argentine and the Portuguese, who are claiming the prestigious individual honor for past seven years.

However, Former Barcelona and Madrid forward believes if Neymar work hard, he could be as good as  Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, he told told ESPN Brasil

Neymar has a lot of potential. After the era of Messi and Cristiano, surely he will be number one.

“But he has to remember that it depends on him a lot. He must remember that he hast the talent and needs to train, train and train, because others do not have his talent.

“Neymar is only 24-years-old, I am 10 years older than him, but he is a leader in Brazil.

The Cameroonian was named as the manager of  Turkish side Antalyaspor earlier this month and hopeful to make positive impact in the new role, after successful playing career .
