Barcelona transfer target is happy to be linked with Real Madrid switch
Barcelona transfer target and Las Palmas defender Mauricio Lemon has admitted that he is flattered by Real Madrid interest.
“I have just found about the news that Real Madrid have also asked for me. It makes me very excited because to see my name linked with two big clubs from Europe is something that anyone would like,” he told Canarias 7.
‘At the moment I’m at home, with my people, and enjoying the holidays. Until there is something concrete with a team I do not want to think about it. Obviously it excites me to be on the agenda of the big clubs but, until the things are closed, I will just continue enjoying my holidays with my family and my friends in Uruguay.’

According to Football Espana, Las Palmas has offered Lemos to Real Madrid, and Los Blancos are still considering to follow up their interest.

On losing Miralem Pjanic to Juventus:”What can you do?” he added. “When clauses in a contract are set and people take advantage there is nothing to say.
“Borja I like very much. He could play for Roma or Bayern Munich, but Fiorentina do not want to let him leave.
“It seems to be an impossible operation for us.”
