Bale explains how Zinedine Zidane motivates Real Madrid players
Gareth Bale says Zinedine Zidane gives confidence to the Real Madrid players, and has backed him for success.
Zidane took the charge of Real Madrid in January,and has brought harmony in Los Blancos dressing room.
“He’s doing an amazing job now. Hopefully he can replicate his playing career to his management, and I’m sure we’ll have a lot of success. We communicate very well,” the Wales international said.

“I think he just gives us confidence, he knows how to play football, he knows the way to play football and he has given the whole team confidence to go out and express themselves like he did when we was a player and I think we are thriving off it.
“I think he just likes to play football in the right way. Get the ball down, the passing players pass, the running players run and defenders will defend so the main thing for him is that we all work as a group, we all work together.

“We defend together, we attack together and he has made that very clear since he’s come in and think we have all bought into it and are doing really well. I think there’s obviously changes that he has made from Benitez and we’ve had to adapt to them as soon as possible and I think we have done that very well.”
Meanwhile, Real Madrid defender Pepe has dismissed the claims that he is violent player and pointed out to the fact Neymar has picked more bookings than him this season.
“The people can say what they want, but fact remains that Neymar has been booked more often than me,” Pepe told Surface.
“Real Madrid are an exemplary club. I would never have had the chance to play for this club for such a long period had I really been such a crazy, violent player.”
