Sergio Ramos says Spain should learn from their mistakes  made against in their 2-1 defeat to Croatia, in order to retain their Euro defense.

“Honestly it was a strange game because at first we dominated and we missed a penalty, but that’s football. They managed to score with the few chances they had but we have to think of it as we have qualified even if we face a more difficult opponent,” Ramos told Telecinco, AS reports.

“In general the team was good. Tiredness is no excuse. It was an unusual game because we could have had a favourable result and qualified in first place. Now we need to turn the page and learn from this type of match so it doesn’t happen again.

“Now we dance with those who are in principle the favourites, but to be the champions we have to beat the best. We have to move on and think already of our next opponent.”
