Antoine Griezmann on whether he will accept Real Madrid offer
Antoine Griezmann says that he will reject Real Madrid offer even Zidane calls him to join at Santiago Bernabéu.
The French striker reveals he is in talk to sign new deal with Atletico Madrid.
“If Zidane calls me [and asks me to join Real] I will say that I’m at Atletico,” Griezmann said.
“Zidane is a great person, but I’m here.”

He further added, “I’m even talking to renew my contract. I hope [the talks] will succeed.”
“I’m fine at Atletico. I’m close to renewing my contract. We’re on the right path.”
“I’m happy with everything that’s happened to me this season.
“I hope I can finish the season by winning the Champions League and then the European Championship. That’d make me very happy.

“[The CL final] will be a great match. It’ll be my first Champions League final and I hope to win it.
“I hope to lift the trophy and have a good game.”
Meanwhile, Diego Simeone admitted he is happy with club’s league campaign, and confident to beat Real Madrid in the Champions League final on 28th May in Milan.
It’s important to finish the season as best as possible,” the Coach said at a Press conference.
“There won’t be any more games before the Champions League final [after this one], but we’ll look to work in the best way possible.
“It’s a match of evaluations for the League, not the season, because our season ends on [May] 28, but it’s clear that in the League we’ve left a good mark.
“[On the ticket allocation for the CL final], it would’ve been better if there were more fans [who could go], but it’s a question for UEFA, not me.
“We have a Champions League final coming up, and the best way to prepare for it is to continue competing.”
