“We tried to push early on but we were a little sloppy. So we turned things in the second half and played extra on the counter. Ball possession isn’t everything,” he said.
“It was complicated, and we suffered at times, but we played really well and it’s not easy to score three goals against Sociedad. Defensively, we didn’t concede too many occasions. And that’s crucial. I’m happy with the clean sheet.”
