Why Busquets believes Atletico are bigger threat over Real Madrid
Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets has picked Atletico over Real Madrid as their bigger title rivals this season.
The Spanish International is the wary of threat posed by Diego Simeone’s men, who are sitting at the top of La-Liga table after 20 games. The Spanish midfielder reveals that he never had any specific idol to take the inspiration, however he looked to former Arsenal Captain Patrick Vieira and his teammate Xavi and Yaya Toure in order to improve his game, as he is the backbone of Barca’s midfield.
“I never had a clear idol, but I looked at the players with similar tactics – Patrick Vieira, then Xavi and Yaya Toure. I have to say I learned a lot from Toure,” he added.
