Who is the King at Real Madrid?
Sergio Ramos says Florentino Perez is the king at Real Madrid, and has offered his support to under-pressure president.
The Real Madrid chief has come under the scrutiny for his unpopular decisions, mainly sacking of Carlo Ancelotti wasn’t well received by the fans and players alike and appointment of Rafa Benitez failed to provide any sort of solace.
While there are regular reports of rift between former Liverpool boss and senior figures of Los Blancos squad, including Sergio Ramos himself, however Spanish International believes it is up to Perez to decide, who will stay at Real Madrid and refered him as king.

“We’re just the pawns here, he’s the king.
“We all support the manager. He tries to bring his own ideas and we try to execute them, every player tries to do it in his own way.
“It doesn’t always come off, but the least you have to do is give it your all and leave everything on the pitch.”
Ramos was also asked about Cristiano Ronaldo’s gestures to the fans. The Portuguese international, who netted two goals for home side, but appeared to asking home fans to whistling after falling 2-1 behind at the start.

“When we needed support most from the fans we got whistles, sometimes you need a little love.
“People single you out when they think you’re not giving your all. When they see you giving it all you have they don’t get on your case.
“If you’re losing to Rayo after 10 minutes in the Bernabeu, they get on top of you and try to get a reaction out of the players. Some people even say that we could have lost, but I have no doubt that we’d have got it back.”
