Totti reacted to Real Madrid reception
Roma captain Francesco Totti has admitted that he was thrilled with Real Madrid reception, and says it will stay with him for while.
The Whole Bernabéu stood up to applauded Roma legend, who came close joining Real Madrid at the earlier stages of his career.

“It’s a huge thrill, a wonderful memory for me,” AS quotes Totti as telling Mediaset.
“This is an incredible stadium. Madrid is my only regret.
“We missed a few things [in the match]. I want to enjoy this moment and then we’ll see.”
Meanwhile, former Barcelona man Luis Garcia has suggested that Real Madrid problems run deeper than changing a manager and Rafa Benitez was only used as scapegoat. The ex Barca star feels that Zidane‘s appointed hasn’t solve any issues, as Real Madrid needs work to do.

“When Benitez first arrived I thought he was the right man. He knew the club, he was there for many years before and he knew how Real Madrid works. He’s been waiting for that chance for many years. We all knew that he would finish up one day managing Real Madrid.
“But at the end, football is all about results. It’s not about the coach, the players or the club, it’s about the results. It has been a long time without winning a trophy. They won the Champions League two years ago, but La Liga has been very difficult. Madrid is about trophies. They are not looking to finish second.”
