“Ronaldo and Neymar are important names that make the difference on the field, but I would like to see if they know how to behave like a team leader as Ibra did,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “Otherwise, the team is likely to regress.”

“Cavani can seize the opportunity to become the next central striker,” he said. “I hope he can tune in with the team a lot better there.”

Speaking on his future: “Like Ibrahimovic, I will freely assess my options,” he added. “If I keep playing well, I’ll stay with PSG or go elsewhere. Otherwise I will study to become a coach.”

“In my mind I want to finish in the top level, I want to finish with dignity so in a good club. It doesn’t mean that to go USA or Qatar or Dubai is not good but I don’t see myself [going there].

Hopefully, not for another couple of years. I’ve still got a couple of years left in me to play,” Keane said of a possible move.

“I’ll be still playing. It’d be great if we could play together.”
