Zinedine Zidane’s former teammate Savio has warned him that he is risking his legacy, after taking Real Madrid job.
Savio, who played with Zinedine Zidane during his spell at Real Madrid admitted that he is concerned about Frenchman’s decision to take such a big job. The Brazilian acknowledged the World class ability as player and his status at Santiago Bernabéu, however he reckons Zidane has to face huge pressure as Real Madrid manager, as demands are very high at club.

“It’s not a question of ability,” he told UOL. “I was surprised because he’s a footballer with a massive history and an idol at Real Madrid.
“To risk it all as a coach is difficult. Real Madrid is a club with a lot of pressure.
“If it doesn’t go well this decision could destroy everything he built as a player.”

Meanwhile, on loan Real Madrid defender Fabio Coentrao believes that Zidane is the right man to lead Los Blancos to trophies, after appointment of Rafael Benitez backfired. Speaking about his future he says that he is very happy at Monaco and hoping to make move permanent.

I came here to help Monaco achieve their goals and clinch second place in the table,” Coentrao said at a news conference.
“I am very happy at Monaco and I am sure the club will be among the title candidates in the years to come. So I cannot see any reasons why I would not want to stay here.
“I played very little last season, so I knew I would struggle a bit early on. But I am getting better and better physically and I want to show my true face in the next four months.”
