Barcelona’s Gerard Pique says  Alvaro Arbeloa deserve Real Madrid send-off, and has wished him best luck.

“I wish him the best wherever he goes. If they have said goodbye to him this way, it’s because he has earned it,” Pique said, AS reports, when asked following Barca’s 5-0 win over Espanyol.

“Sometimes the tone [of their Twitter messages] has been too much and we shouldn’t have done it. He’s had a great career with great titles, especially the World Cup, and wherever he goes, I wish him all the best.”

Meanwhile, Kiko Casilla admitted that he was happy with his performance in Real’s 3-2 win.
