Cristiano Ronaldo took time away from the end-of-season run-in with Real Madrid to enjoy some of the tennis at the Madrid Open in Spain on Thursday.
Two days after his side were beaten 2-1 in the first-leg of the Champions League semi-final against Juventus, the Portugal star took a seat to watch Rafael Nadal in action on the clay.
Ronaldo was joined by team-mates Toni Kroos and Pepe to watch the Spaniard ease past Simone Bolelli of Italy in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2.
Nadal, a four-time winner of the competition, will meet Grigor Dimitrov in the quarter-finals on Friday.
Ronaldo appeared to enjoy his time at the tennis, even posing with fans for a selfie as Nadal stormed to victory.
Madrid are back in action on Saturday when they host fourth-placed Valencia in La Liga.
Ronaldo’s side trail leaders Barcelona by two points with three games in the league remaining.
