Real Madrid legend Roberto Carlos revealed it  was meant to be joke when he said that he can convince Neymar to join Los Blancos.

The former Brazilian International previously said that he can pursue his compatriot Neymar to quit Barcelona in favor of Real Madrid switch, if he awarded with coaching role with club.

Since moving to Camp Nou has become World’s best player after Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, and according to Spanish press Brazilian International is top of Real Madrid president wishlist to replace Portuguese International.  It seems nearly impossible that Barcelona will allow on their top player to join Real Madrid.

And now,  Roberto Carlos has clarified that there was nothing serious about his Neymar’s claim and suggested Real Madrid has no chance to sign his Countryman.

“I’m happy for the possible interest in my, but I’m here for training and learning,” Carlos said.

“Now, I start my course at the highest level. I took five years of training in Turkey, Russia and India.

“But I still have a lot to learn, so give it time.”

Meanwhile, Real Madrid has to suffer disappointment on another front with Juventus sporting director Giuseppe Marotta has ruled out the sale of  Alvaro Morata.

As far as we are concerned, there is no intention to start a negotiation with Real or with another club,” he told Mediaset Premium.

“He’s a cornerstone of this team, he’s a youngster who has become a champ. We usually keep these kind of players.

“Our goal is to observe and sign those young players who can represent today’s and tomorrow’s football.”
