According to Diretta News, Ronaldo once stated that he does not have tattoos because he donates blood frequently. He reportedly donates twice every year. He also revealed to Spanish radio station Cadena Cope that he turned into a bone marrow donor after he witnessed a teammate’s battles. He said that it was the time when Carlos Martins was with the national team, i.e. Portugal. It was Martins who told the team members about the issue with his child, and the players demonstrated incredible unity to help him and his child since they knew it was an extremely difficult circumstance.

According to Ronaldo, donating bone marrow is something many individuals believe is a difficult. But it isn’t more than drawing blood and doesn’t hurt.
