Joining Manchester United not only gave Ronaldo a new start, but also changed his life in a different way; he came under the mentorship of ManU manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, who had first noticed young Ronaldo in August 2003, when he contributed to Sporting’s win against Manchester United. In fact, Ferguson himself took the initiative to bring Ronaldo to his club. Thus began their incredible journey together.
