Is Zinedine Zidane’s appointment gamble?
Two-time Champions League winning manager Coach Otttmar Hitzfeld is not is convinced with Zinedine Zidane’s appointment as Real Madrid head coach.
Real Madrid announced Zinedine Zidane as the new manager of the club on Monday, following the sacking of Rafa Benitez, who took the charge of the club in the summer.

Real Madrid fans were critical about the appointment of former Liverpool boss, and gave him tough time during his short spell at the club, while he failed to develop proper working relationship with players.
Real Madrid players asked president to appoint Zinedine Zidane, but Otttmar Hitzfeld has question the decision, and suggested club has taken big risk.

Meanwhile Tennis superstar and Real Madrid fan Rafa Nadal has backed club decision to make Zinedine Zidane head coach.
“[Zidane] hasn’t shown anything as a Coach and now has to deal with the biggest stars in the world. Madrid is like a Ferrari. You have to take care of it to the smallest detail to make the most of its potential. It’s incredibly difficult.”
