Marcelo says he can’t see Barcelona’s Neymar joining Real Madrid, and has backed Zinedine Zidane for success at Spanish Capital.
Real Madrid failed to lure Brazilian forward, as he opted to move Los Blancos arch rivals Barcelona in 2013 from Santos.
However, Real Madrid remains hopeful that they can lure Neymar with astronomical contract offer,and club are ready to activate his buyout clause.

But, Marcelo believes that it is the nearly impossible for Neymar to quit Barcelona, given their history with Real Madrid and feel there is nothing more than a press-talk.
We joke about other things [laughs]. We don’t talk about football much, so I don’t know…” the defender said when asked by Globoesporte if he’d spoke with Neymar about a potential transfer.

“But I think it would be difficult for Neymar, who is making history with Barcelona, to come to Real Madrid. I think it would be difficult.”
“That’s just another story that has come out in the press,” the 27-year-old added.
“There is nothing more to it. There was no talk with Zidane about that.
“I think he’s happy with the work I’m doing [at left-back]. There was no conversation.”
Real Madrid has already conceded defeat in the La-Liga title race, however they can still win the Champions league to end their season with the piece of silverware, and Brazilian remains hopeful.
“I think he is doing really well. It’s not easy to come in at Madrid in the middle of the season when there’s so much criticism [around the club]
“So it’s been hard, but I think he is doing a good job. Let’s see how we get on between now and the end of the season, but I’m sure he will be one of the best coaches in the world.”
