Llorente reveals his new teammates and coaching staff has helped him settled at Malaga.

Real Madrid defender spent last season on loan at Rayo Vallecano, who were relegated from La-Liga last season and was wanted by numbers of clubs this season, but he chose to join Malaga

“This was a decision I took after weighing up a lot of things and of all the options, some of which were very good ones, this was the most interesting,” Llorente told Cadena Ser.

“I already feel very comfortable here and I’ve adapted well from day one as both my teammates and the coaching staff have made me feel like one of them, so the truth is that it’s been really easy.

“I played in the friendly with Sampdoria at La Rosaleda and if that atmosphere was anything to go by I can’t imagine what it will be like inside the stadium when the real competition starts. It was incredible.

“I played there last year as a visitor and I liked the atmosphere; the fans are always pushing you on and supporting the team.”

“We are putting together a nice exciting project and the European spots are realistic, so now we have to translate that onto the field of play and return that excitement to the supporters.

“We’ve made pretty good progress so far and are getting better. It’s going well on all levels and we hope to start the League well. I’m already looking forward to it,” maintained the Spain international.
